For the GP software 2006 accreditation, we have changed the 2004 labelled Kemhr-Bis specification, as follows:

Message structure

Element Change

patient.firstname the cardinality of that element has been changed from 1-1 to 1-n

patient.text That optional element has been added.

CD-DAYPERIOD New value = ‘aftermeal' replaces duplicated 'afterlunch' in the cd.xsd

CD-DRUG-PRESENTATION New value = ‘puff’

CD-CLINICAL New value = ‘CD-CLINICAL’ added as allowed standard kmehr CD reference table. It should refer to an IBUIS value

CD-VACCINE New value = ‘infanrixhexa’

To be accredited in 2006, GP software should support the import and export of sumehr messages compliant with this revised Xschema.
